On January 30, several gamers reported Xbox black screen issues. Yesterday, Xbox Live was hit with another issue and users reported downloading errors on Xbox. The two days issues were fixed after a few hours, but it appears that peace was short-lived as Xbox Live is down again.

On February 1, 2019, users are reporting that they are unable to sign in to Xbox Live on Xbox One consoles and Windows 10. Microsoft has acknowledged the ongoing issues with Xbox Live service and the company is working on a workaround.

“Our engineers and developers are actively continuing to work to resolve the issue causing some members to have problems signing in to Xbox Live,” Microsoft confirmed. “If you’re running into errors attempting to sign in or access previously purchased content, our teams are aware and working to identify the cause,” the company stated in a tweet.

At the time of writing this story, Xbox Live is still down and the service is experiencing issues with sign in. According to Microsoft’s status page, gamers on Windows 10 and Xbox One console could face issues when signing in; creating, managing, or recovering an account; search.
