Microsoft today released a new patch for Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809). The patch is available via Windows Update and the direct download links for Windows 10 KB4464330 are also available.

Windows 10 October 2018 Update was released on October 2 and the same day Microsoft allowed customers to manually upgrade their PCs. Microsoft eventually decided to pull the October 2018 Update completely after the update caused the removal of user files in the folder located in the system drive.

Windows 10 KB4464330 advances the computers to Build 17763.55 and it fixes an issue with the incorrect timing calculation removed profiles on devices. Windows 10 Build 17763.55 also comes with security improvements and the general performance improvements but Microsoft hasn’t fixed the files deletion bug yet.
