Microsoft today released a new update for its SMS Organizer App for Android users. The update has pushed the app to new version 1.1.86. The latest update comes with fixes for the issue that has been reported by users in the Google Play Store.
Microsoft has finally listened to the users and has updated the SMS Organizer App with the most required fixes. The latest update comes with fixes for the custom ringtone on Android 8.0/8.1.
Some Android users complained of not being able to copy partial text from SMS, this issue has now been fixed by Microsoft with the latest update. The company has also improved the group message feature for native apps apart from improving the users feedback experience in the latest update.
Contact names for some users did not appear during conversations, this issue has finally been fixed in the latest update. This was one of the most requested fix from users.
Android users have also complained of not being able to get notification for any incoming SMS in the Organizer app which resulted in them missing important messages. Microsoft has finally listened to the user feedback and has now provided a Notification fix for incoming SMS.
The company has also made it a point to fix Group Notification issue which was also a major issue after the previous SMS Organizer app update. SMS Organizer app is app which organises SMS inbox into different categories like Personal, Transactional and Promotional category.
The different categories help users to not miss any important messages which appear in the inbox. The SMS Organizer App is a free download from the Google Play Store and you can replace your default SMS App with the SMS Organizer app.
