The term ‘battery’ has been a touchy issue with smartphone makers specially Samsung and Apple since. We saw Samsung focussing on the smartphone battery after its Note 7 fiasco and Apple for its recent performance and battery throttling issue. The latter however, in iOS 11.3 brought a new customisation feature wherein you get better control of the overall performance and the battery. Now, with iOS 11.4, the iPhone-maker Apple is once again in the headline for battery issues.
